Cancellation:
Please check your order carefully, as we do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind. If your item has not yet shipped, we can offer a store credit for the amount of your order.
Change of mind
- If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, you can claim your refund in form of a store credit. You must return this item within 7 days upon receiving your item.
Exchanges
- If you have bought the wrong size you must also return it 7 days after you've received it. You will have to pay shipping, however we will exchange your item and pay the shipping back to you.
- The same applies if you would like to exchange due to a change of mind.
Faulty item
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty item. We either issue a full refund or arrange a return. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs or costs to return items unless faulty so please consider this before purchasing.
Sale Items
At this time, sale items are not applicable for returns.
Swimwear
Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
