start a return / exchange

1. Before starting your return, please carefully read through our returns policy.

2. Print and fill out our returns form.

3. You will need to cover the return postage to send your return to us,
please also ensure to send your order with an activated tracking number
and have this information handy.

4. Post your return within 7 days t0:

5. Once received, we will issue you with your store credit in the from of a discount code. If you have made an exchange, we will get started on it and provide you with a new tracking number once it has been shipped.

Can I return my order because I've changed my mind?

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return it for a store credit. Alternatively, if you need a different size, you can exchange your item for the right size.

My product is faulty what should I do?

In the rare case one of your products has a fault, we will issue you with a cash refund or replace the product free of charge for you.

I want to exchange my product but it was made to order..

Exchanges are always welcome at Knitwit, as we want you to feel confident in the right size. If you want to exchange a made to order product, we may need some time to sew your new product in the right size. If this is the case, we will do our best to let you know.
