Returns:
Cancellation:
Please check your order carefully, as we do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind. If your item has not yet shipped, we can offer a store credit for the amount of your order, we also may be able to swap your size.
Change of mind
- If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, you can claim your refund in form of a store credit. You must return this item within 7 days upon receiving your item.
Exchanges
- If you have bought the wrong size you must also return it 7 days after you've received it.
*Please note some of our items are made to order. If you wish to exchange your made to order product, a waiting period may apply whilst we make the item in your new size.
Faulty item
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty item. We either issue a full refund or repair / replace your item. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.
Sale Items
At this time, sale items are not applicable for returns. This excludes welcome codes.
Swimwear
Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Policy in Regards to Delivery:
- If an item is returned to the sender due to the parcel being unclaimed, meaning the recipient has neglected to arrange for redelivery, collection from a designated point to retrieve the parcel, or provide necessary documentation, you will not qualify for a refund. If this occurs, you will be eligible for a store credit or the option to pay a redelivery fee.
- If you order an item for a specific event and it does not arrive in time, we cannot accept responsibility for the delay, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays in transit may occur and dispatch times may differ beyond our control.
- If an item is lost during transit or at any stage of the shipping process by Australia Post, please note that the customer will not be entitled to a full refund through us. You will only be eligible to receive the compensation amount provided by Australia Post, which is not inclusive of shipping costs.
Please note that it is your responsibility to select extra coverage for parcels. If you don't choose extra coverage, you may not be eligible for any compensation from Australia Post for items lost in transit.
Chargeback Policy
Please note, we have a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks.
If you have lost your package or have any issues with the quality of your garments, please contact us first and we will resolve this matter for you.
If you continue on to file a chargeback, this will be treated as a theft and dealt with in small claims court. Any correspondence with our team can and will be used as evidence.
